Here’s How We Make ‘Em
With years of experience and knowledge, our production team ensures that all our T's are crossed, and I’s dotted before releasing the hot tubs into production
At Relax Hot Tubs we take pride in crafting hot tubs that are not only luxurious but also designed with the Canadian climate in mind. We understand the importance of attention to detail throughout every stage of manufacturing.
STEP BY STEP
Manufacturing
From the initial design phase to the final inspection, we prioritize durability and efficiency. Each hot tub undergoes rigorous testing and inspection to ensure it meets our standards before being carefully packaged and shipped.

We pay special attention to features such as long-term heat retention, reinforced insulation, and corrosion-resistant components, guaranteeing a product that withstands the elements and provides lasting enjoyment for our customers.
Material
We only use high-quality Aristech® acrylic manufactured in the USA according to modern safety standards. The frame is constructed from stainless steel to provide structural integrity and a stronger bearing capacity.
Shape
We carefully shape the internal surfaces of our hot tubs using mold technology. We apply a 4-layer fiberglass coating to enhance the shell and ensure durability with each and every use.
Interior
We meticulously layer acrylic into the molds to form a perfect shell, then polish it to perfection to ensure a smooth and safe surface.
Exterior
We assemble the exterior frame, which supports and protects the shell, using SAE 304 stainless steel to create durable frames resistant to deformation and environmental factors.

Parts
We install LX or DXD pumps, insulated electrical components, and pipelines to ensure superior quality and simplicity for users to maintain. Hydrotherapy jets are strategically placed for optimal water circulation and massage capabilities.
Insulation
We apply additional insulation to every hardcover, tub shell, cabinet, and pipe to provide better resistance to severe Canadian weather. Better insulation keeps water in the hot tub warm longer, helping to consume less energy over time.
Quality
We test every tub’s plumbing systems, electrical components, and overall performance for 24 hours before the final stage to ensure the quality and working condition of all parts and to exclude any leaks. No exceptions.
Package
We thoroughly clean and disinfect our hot tubs, wrapping them in 3-4 layers of foam and film before placing them into a wooden package to protect 100 percent of the tub.
